Evidence-Based Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching

You are unique. That's why I believe in creating a coaching plan that's as individualized as you are. I am here to help you craft a plan that’s just right for you, steering clear of prescribed programs. My approach relies on evidence-based theories of behavior change to help you uncover your motivation, strengths and values to promote self-awareness and goal orientation.

I’ll encourage you to actively participate in your health journey by looking inward and co-creating your own personalized health plan. I utilize my education in integrative health, meditation and mindfulness, energy medicine, astrology, and personal training, to create a multidisciplinary, holistic, and personalized strategy.
